After waiting 5 months for title paperwork to clear in Maine I finally picked up this beauty on October 6th 2007. with the exception of the transmission this is exactly the car I was looking for in every way shape and form. The transmission isn’t that big of a deal either because I’ll be doing an engine swap soon and with that comes a transmission swap as well.

Here are some photographs that the previous owner took before selling the car.

Installed a Kenwood DNX5120 for Navigation, DVD, Bluetooth Phone, Sirius and my Zune. It’s an awesome unit really. It store the maps internally instead of on a disc, it’s got a slot on the face for the discs instead of hiding behind the screen, and it’s got an actual knob for volume control.

A BRM catback exhaust was installed with the help of Brandon, another 240sx enthusiast from 240sxone.com. This exhaust is 3″ Stainless Steel with a 14″ resonator and dual tipped Magnaflow muffler. Brandon also hooked me up with some reusable metal gaskets from a 350Z.

Silvia Grill, I saw one of these selling for cheap and factory paint matched to my car so I couldn’t help picking it up. I think it makes the front look way better than the normal USDM grill.
